Bowling Western Regional Championships

The Gateway Bowling Gators had a tremendous weekend at the Western Regional Championships on March 7th and 9th. On Friday Chase Owens qualified 6th with a 1052 for five games. Punching his ticket to the State Championships. On Sunday, the team was not to be outdone, qualifying 4, falling to the eventual Champion Thomas Jefferson in the quarter finals and punching their ticket to States. The Gators were led by Chase Owens who bowled a 681 series and made the all tournament team. State Championships are on March 14th and 15th.
