We will be holding the final school sports physicals before the start of fall sports on Tuesday, August 4th from 8am-noon in the high school nurse's office. If your child has not had their physical for the 2026-2027 school year and they want to participate in a fall sport, this will be the last opportunity through Gateway, before the fall sports begin. If you cannot get an appointment scheduled with their PCP, this is the perfect opportunity to have the physical completed. The cost is $15 cash only. No appointment is necessary. If your student wears glasses or contacts, please remember to bring them. If you child plans to participate in a sport later in the year, they can certainly attend this session as well. Physicals completed on or after May 1st of each new school year is good for the entire school year. Parents MUST complete, sign & date the PIAA Health History Form prior to the physicals. If this is not completed and the parent/guardian is not present, the student will be turned away.
